Simply remove the center of the cooking grate, drop in a piece of custom-fit WEBER CRAFTED grillware (sold separately) and explore making pizza, pancakes, smashed burgers, expertly seared steaks, baked desserts, and other delicious creations. This grill is also great for smoking ribs, brisket, roasts, and more when you adjust the bottom vents to the smoke setting which controls airflow to the flames for consistent low and slow cooking. Feed a crowd with ease and cook multiple foods at once on a large, stainless-steel grate that will last for years to come.
